SOLD 1941 Plymouth coupe stunt car from the Joie Chitwood Thrill Show 1:18 scale. Circa 1945 car is 9 inches long and is one of two of a kind. Everyone dreams of finding a one of a kind collectible. This is the premise of this professionally crafted diorama of a Chitwood Stunt car that was lost in time. 1945 was the first year Joie Sr.perfected the ramp to ramp jump after Lucky Teter was killed in 1942 while doing the stunt.. Joie Chitwood Jr. in collaboration with artist Calvin Bensch 11 spent many man hours to develop these special effects and capture every detail to complete this once in a life time find. The car in mid air and ramps completes the artists rendition of this master piece. Comes complete with a custom Cherry wood diorama display case with mirrored back that is 14 in. long 9 1/2 in wide and 9 in. high. Car is easily removed from case.
