GMP 1:6 scale display model of a 189 cubic inch Offenhauser “Offy” racing engine in original box. This powerful engine dominated the open wheel racing scene for almost 50 years. Very nicely mounted and collectible, rare limited numbered edition decorative piece for desk or man cave. 6.5 in long by 4 .5 in. wide, weighs about 5 pounds and has a nicely finished wood display plaque with specs on the engine. Base is 7 in. x 9 in. with a felt pad. When Ford entered Indy they had to Turbo the Offy 1ooo. HP. Please check photos as they are part of the description and this is the engine you will receive.
