1948 Indianapolis Indy 500 Yearbook Supplement of the “Greatest Spectacle In Racing”. This 60-page yearbook was published after the race and details race results, stories, and important photographs from the event.
This vintage collectible shows very light wear and is in very good condition. It covers the third Indianapolis 500 held after Tony Hulman took over the racetrack and the third race after World War II. Featured drivers include winner Maury Rose, Bill Holland, Joie Chitwood, Duke Nalon, Rex Mays, Ted Horn, Paul Russo, and other Indy stars of the era.
