Description

GMP 1:6 scale display model of a 189 cubic-inch Turbo Offenhauser “Offy” racing engine with the original box. This engine dominated open-wheel racing for almost 50 years.

The limited numbered collectible is mounted on a finished wood display plaque. The model measures 6.5 in. long by 4.5 in. wide, weighs about 5 pounds, and has a 7 in. x 9 in. base with a felt pad. When Ford entered Indy racing, the Offy was turbocharged to 1000 HP.
