Floyd Clymer “Enduro” safety helmet from the 1940-50’s racing era size small. DISPLAY ONLY NOT FOR USE . Very good condition other than an age crack on one side. Clymer was known for his Automotive Publishing magazines from 1930-70 but was involved in promoting safety also. His helmets were made in France and received many US safety awards for his efforts. Many police departments and race drivers used his helmets in the 40’s and 50’s. Copies of vintage ads and foam display head included.
