1960 Maserati Tipo 61 “birdcage” race car #5 by Minichamps 1:18 driven to wins by Dan Gurney and Stirling Moss.  This 8 in metal race car has great design, a great color and sharp details. Original boxes, great car, great drivers.  Spare tire and trunk cover is in box slot for shipping. Unlike the resin cars this metal version has opening hood, goors and truck to reveal the porent engine and great detailing. The real “Birdcage” race car had a perfect 50-50 weight distribution and 200 HP out of its straight four cylinder 2.4 liter engine. It is one of a very limited production and is in original boxes.
