Description

1960 Maserati Tipo 61 “Birdcage” race car #5 by Minichamps in 1:18 scale, associated with wins by Dan Gurney and Stirling Moss. This approximately 8-inch metal race car has sharp detailing and comes in its original box. The spare tire and trunk cover are stored in the box slot for shipping. Unlike resin models, this metal version has an opening hood, doors, and trunk to reveal the detailed engine and interior. The real Birdcage race car had a 50-50 weight distribution and a 200 HP straight-four 2.4-liter engine. It is from a very limited production and is in its original box.
