GMP Penske Chevy Lola T70 3 race car collection 1:43 driven by Mark Donohue. Cars are about 4 inches long and nicely done as a limited edition in a collectible gift box. Wooden box has a surface crack in top as do nearly all these sets. A great set to honor a great driver, Owner Roger Penske and Can Am race cars. There were only 6 Can Am races in 1967 and Mark finished 4th in the points. Donahue won the Trans Am Championship in 1968 by winning 10 of the 13 races in his Sunoco Penske Camaro. He won the Indy 500 in 1972. Donahue also set a Worlds Closed Course Speed Record at Talladega in 1975 at 221.120 MPH a Porsche 917-30. Sadly Mark was killed a few days later in a practice crash for the Austrian Grand Prix. A good friend and great race driver and he always will be missed.
