This new-in-box 1:18 scale CMR model represents Alberto Ascari’s No. 10 1953 Ferrari 500 F2, winner of the Argentina Grand Prix. Finished in Ferrari Red, the model measures approximately 8 inches long. The event was the first flyaway round of the World Championship outside Europe. The ACA provided a charter flight for leading drivers from Ferrari, Maserati, Gordini, and Cooper, including Alberto Ascari, Giuseppe Farina, Mike Hawthorne, and Luigi Villoresi.
