Description

1927 Harley Davidson 8 valve board track racing motorcycle in large 1:6 scale with display stand, box, and COA. This 15 in. long Xonex motorcycle was hand built in 2001 and comes with a custom labeled wood display stand. Indian motorcycles dominated early racing years, but Harley quickly took over and the fight for superiority was on. These purpose-built racing bikes attained speeds of over 100 MPH on long, high-banked tracks. Suspension and brakes did not exist, and mufflers had not yet been invented.
