Exoto 1964 Chevy Corvette Grand Sport coupe race car #67 Road America driven by Roger Penske. This beautiful 9 in. long race car is in great pre owned condition with original box. Rodger finished 3rd in this race and it was one of his final 3 races. After this race he took this car Chassis #5 to Traco and they took off three hundred pounds by revamping the oiling and fuel pump systems. It was now known as The Lightweight. He won with this car in Nassau as #82 and he retired from driving in late Dec.1964 after Nassau.This was the last car he Drove in Competition. He was crew chief for Jim Hall in his famous Chevy Chaparral win in 1965 Sebring 12 and bought his first dealership and retired as a Driver. His racing goal became to have the very best race teams.
