1928 Indy 500 winner Louis Meyer hand built race car from scratch 12in long. Body is resin with metal parts and accessories. Nicely painted and detailed to nicely display the Indy 500 winning race car. Car is fragile but a good value. Louis Meyer was the prominent driver of the era as he was the first 3 time Indy 500 winner. The first win at the young age 24. He followed up with wins in 1933 and 1936. He retired in 1939 after almost winning his fourth race but crashed and was thrown from the car but survived.
