Only a few were made with gold electroplate bumpers top and steering wheel and they are a good investment collectible. This 24 % leaded crystal ar was made in Germany by Hofbauer Crystal in conjunction with Franklin Mint about 1990. Makes a great conversation piece and decorative item for any office or man cave.
