JUST SOLD 1930's ELECTRICAR made in Kokomo Indiana. This 12 inch stamped steel car ran on an electrified track and was the start of the tether race car era. The car is in original very good condition with original paint and driver. The first electric car was made by Lionel and it was first advertised in their Christmas catalog in 1912. The car ran on a track similar to the one they used for their trains.

JUST SOLD 1930’s ELECTRICAR made in Kokomo Indiana. This 12 inch race car ran on an electrified track and was the start of the tether race car era. The car is in original very good condition with original paint and driver. The first electric car showed up before Christmas in Lionel’s catalog in 1912.The car ran on a track similar to the train track they first used.
